The registered association KoKoLeLe (German acronym for communication and cooperation in education and learning) was founded in 2005. In the charter the objectives of the association are described as: "Planning, organising, and implementing events, in order to improve cultural understanding and education and to support the discussion and research".

This association is a small institution working only with voluntary members. Therefore it is very important to collaborate with institutions in the region and in Europe to get a wider view of the topics dealt with.

In this project we are working together with the "Westfalen-Kolleg Paderborn", a school of second chance for adult education.
